Multiple Packages

Some FIGYM products may be fulfilled from different locations. If you order multiple products, your order may therefore arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Receiving separate packages does not necessarily mean that any part of your order is missing.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided when placing your order.

Please allow time after dispatch for the carrier's tracking system to update.
